It’s Time To LEVEL UP!
Life gets loud. Responsibilities pile up. Distractions compete for our attention, and it can become easy to simply go through the motions.
Level Up Men’s Retreat is an opportunity to get away from the noise and intentionally pursue God alongside other men. We’re gathering to strengthen friendships, grow in our faith, and make room for God to move in our lives. We’re believing for real encounters with Jesus—for healing, breakthrough, renewed purpose, and a deeper relationship with the Lord.
This isn’t just a weekend to get away. It’s a call to go deeper, grow stronger, and level up to become the men God is calling us to be.
Our prayer is that every man who comes to Level Up leaves strengthened, challenged, encouraged, and changed by the presence of God.
The Weekend
From Friday night through Saturday afternoon, we’re setting aside time to pursue God, grow in our faith, and build meaningful friendships. The weekend will include three sessions of worship and Biblical teaching, along with meals, a bonfire, activities, and plenty of time to connect with other men.

Friday, September 25
6:00 PM — Doors Open *campers should arrive by this time to set up*
7:00 PM — Session 1
9:00 PM — Bonfire, Snacks & Hangout Activities
Saturday, September 26
8:00 AM — Coffee and breakfast snacks
9:00 AM — Session 2
11:30 AM — Lunch (provided)
12:30 PM — Session 3
2:30 PM — Dismissal
VENUE
Redemption Acres is a quiet acreage in the middle of Iowa farmland. It’s a terrific place to step away from everyday distractions, spend time together, and seek the presence of God.
Redemption Acres is located at 23428 X Ave, Reinbeck, IA 50669.
CAMP OVERNIGHT
All attendees have the option of camping overnight at Level Up at no additional cost.
Whether you’re traveling from hours away or live just down the road, you’re invited to stay overnight and make the most of the retreat. Camping gives us more time together beyond the scheduled sessions—time to slow down, connect, and build genuine friendships with other men. That kind of connection is part of the heart behind Level Up.
Please note that if you are interested in camping overnight, you must either:
(A.) Bring your own tent/camper, or
(B.) Coordinate ahead of time to stay with someone who does.
- Tents/campers should arrive and start setting up by 6pm on Friday
- Tents/campers and related amenities are NOT provided by the event or venue
- Shower facilities and water/electric for campers are NOT available
- Electric generators are prohibited (electric power stations will be available during the scheduled hours of the event)

Online Registration
Your registration helps cover the cost of making Level Up a meaningful and well-prepared retreat experience, including meals (provided by the sponsoring churches), supplies, activities, and other event expenses.
Early-bird Rate: $30 through Sept. 13
Regular Rate: $35 after Sept. 13

Who can come to Level Up?
Level Up Men’s Retreat is open to all men, intended for ages 18 and older. No matter what your background is, where you’re from, what church you attend (or if you don’t attend)—you are welcome here! Level Up isn’t a church event, it’s a men’s event. So invite your friends, neighbors, family, coworkers—whoever!
What if I don’t know anyone there?
You’ve come to the right place! Part of the heart behind Level Up is creating opportunities for men to build genuine friendships and meaningful connections. Whether you come with a group or walk in not knowing anyone, our hope is that you’ll leave having made new friendships. We can’t wait to meet you!

When is it too late to register?
It’s never too late to register! You can register online anytime, but keep in mind that the early-bird rate ($30) is only available through September 13th ($35 after September 13th).
What if there is bad weather?
Level Up Men’s Retreat will continue regardless of weather. With both indoor and outdoor event spaces available at Redemption Acres, we’ll be able to adjust our plans as needed and keep the retreat going, rain or shine.
*In the event of inclement weather, camping overnight may still be available at the discretion of individual campers and event hosts.
Do I need to bring anything with me?
The only requirement is that you bring yourself, just the way you are!
*If camping overnight, bring sleeping gear, a change of clothes, toiletries, and other personal items.
What should I wear?
Dress comfortably and plan to wear layers. Level Up will include both indoor and outdoor activities, and with the retreat taking place at the start of fall, temperatures may vary throughout the day.
