Reinbeck Food Pantry Food Drive

cThere are families in our community who need a little extra help putting food on the table. As followers of Jesus, we are called to notice the needs around us and respond with compassion and generosity. Local churches work together throughout the year to support the Reinbeck Food Pantry, and August is New Life Church’s month to help stock the shelves.

How You Can Help

Bring new, unopened food and household essentials to New Life Church throughout August. When choosing what to donate, please purchase items you would be happy to serve or use in your own home. Thoughtful, quality donations help the pantry provide families with both practical support and dignity.

Choose from any of these helpful categories:

Easy meals and pantry staples
Pancake supplies, cereal, rice packets, pasta and sauces, taco supplies, ramen, boxed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, pizza mixes and canned meals.

Canned proteins and hearty foods
Chili, beef stew, canned pasta with meat, canned ham, roast beef, corned beef, Vienna sausages, Spam and other canned meats.

Baking, snacks and drinks
Cake, cookie and brownie mixes, pudding cups, mild jerky, fruit juice, V8 and shelf-stable chocolate milk.

Condiments and cooking essentials
Peanut butter, jelly, ketchup, mayonnaise, cheese sauce, vegetable oil and small bags of sugar.

Household essentials
Laundry detergent, dish soap, toilet paper and facial tissues.

Before You Donate

Please check every expiration date before bringing your donation. Expired items cannot be accepted. All products should be unopened and in good condition.
