Pastor Appreciation Month

October is Pastor Appreciation Month, and on Sunday, October 11, we’ll take time during our Sunday service to honor and celebrate Pastors Jeff and Tracey Crowder and their family.

Pastor Jeff serves as Lead Pastor of New Life Church, alongside Pastor Tracey, and together they faithfully serve, lead, encourage, and care for our church family.

We’re also honoring our pastoral staff who faithfully serve the next generation at New Life: Kids Pastor Rachel Neil and Youth Director Lakota Lackey.

We’d love for everyone at New Life to help us show our pastors and their families how much they are loved and appreciated.

How You Can Participate

Bring a card, handwritten note, gift, gift card, or financial gift with you to church on Sunday, October 11.

We’ll have a designated area set up in the foyer where cards and gifts can be dropped off before or after service.

You’re also welcome to take a moment throughout the month of October to personally encourage them, pray for their family, or simply let them know how much you appreciate them.

Looking for a Gift Idea?

If you’d like to bless Pastors Jeff and Tracey with a gift but aren’t sure what to bring, here are a few practical ideas:

• Cash or check—you can’t go wrong with that!
• Gift cards to grocery stores like Walmart, Aldi, or Hy-Vee
• Gift cards to a local restaurant or coffee shop, such as Texas Roadhouse, Rudy’s Tacos (gluten free), or Fat Cup Coffee
• A thoughtful personal gift
• A gift that honors their children and family
• A handwritten card or note

There’s no expectation to bring a gift. We simply want to give everyone an opportunity to show their love and appreciation in whatever way is meaningful to them.
